For this reason we continue to heavily invest in our training & development and recently gained approval as an approved SQA centre. This allows us to really raise the bar when it comes to training & developing our staff. We guide and promote development within our organisation and as we are an approved centre we are able to provide the addition support and security to our staff especially when completing SVQ’s in Health & Social Care.
We also offer additional training courses in Care and Leadership to our staff and also provide this to external Partners in the communities.

Through our SQA-accredited programmes, we support our staff in achieving recognised qualifications, including SVQ Level 2 and Level 3 in Health & Social Care. These qualifications are delivered alongside a wide range of specialist training courses designed to meet the evolving needs of both our carers and the people they support.
Our in-house and externally available courses cover essential areas such as Moving and Assisting, Medication Administration, Infection Prevention and Control, Trauma Awareness, Dementia Care, and Parkinson’s care, among others. Each course is carefully designed and delivered by experienced professionals, ensuring that learning is practical, up-to-date, and directly applicable to real-life care situations.
